I'm Soumya Ranjan Rout, a Data Analyst and MBA candidate pursuing a Dual MBA in Human Resource Management & Information Technology Management at BPUT, Rourkela. I'm passionate about turning raw data into decisions that matter.

With hands-on experience at Artify Technologies and Pawzz Foundation, I've built dashboards, automated HR pipelines, and driven insights across workforce and operational domains. My toolkit spans SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
